Q. How can I reset or change my password?

If you cannot remember the password for your RoadHow app account, you can request a reset password using your registered email address or your registered mobile number from the login screen.

To reset your password using your registered email/mobile number please follow the steps below:

To reset your password using your email address registered with RoadHow:

a) On the RoadHow app, enter your registered email and submit by clicking on the forward arrow;

b) On the Password page, please click on the Forgot password? link;

c) On the Forgot password? page confirm your email address and click on the forward arrow;

d) You will receive a reset link on your registered email address;

e) Click on the link, you will be redirected to the Reset password page;

f)  Reset your password and try to log in with the new password.

Can't find the Reset password email in your mailbox?

If you do not receive the password reset message within one hour, please check your spam folder. Also, please be sure the no-reply@roadhow.co.uk is added to your safe sender list.

To reset  your mobile number registered with RoadHow:

a) On the RoadHow app, enter your registered mobile number and submit by clicking on the forward arrow;

b) On the Password page, please click on the Forgot password? link;

c) Enter your registered mobile number and submit by clicking on the forward arrow;

d) You will receive an OTP [One Time Password] on your mobile number registered with RoadHow;

e) Enter the OTP [One Time Password] received and you will be redirected to the Reset password page;

f)  Choose a safe password for yourself and log in with the new password.

You can change your password at any time by doing the following:

a) On the RoadHow App, click on the More option from the navigation bar;

b) Select the Setting icon at the top right-hand corner;

c) In the Settings page, select the tab Sign in & Security;

d) Please enter your current password and the new password, you wish to have;

e) Reconfirm the new password and click on the Change Password button.
