Q. Why do I keep getting a message that my profile picture does not match my licence image when I am completing the registration?

If you are facing any issues in completing your registration because your profile picture does not match with your picture on your licence, please ensure the following:


a) Your face is clearly visible in the picture you have taken using your camera;

b) You are not eating, drinking, or wearing a mask while taking your profile picture;

c) You are alone and not in a group when taking your profile picture;

d) Your picture in your licence is clear, visible and not damaged.
